In uscita il 6 dicembre 2019, Heavy Rain è l’album di Lee “Scratch” Perry che va inteso come un “dub companion” di Rainford, disco sempre pubblicato quest’anno. In tracklist figurano i cameo di Brian Eno e Vin Gordon dei Wailers, mentre la co-produzione è affidata al boss On U Sound, Mr Adrian Sherwood.
